My current research interests are in algorithms, statistical graphical models, and information theory with applications in bioinformatics. My teaching interests are in line with algorithms and foundation of computing. I have recently taught these courses. In Fall 2024, I teach CSCI 6470 Algorithms (section: 31874) for graduate students only.

My Graduate Coordinator office hours in Fall 2024 are: 1:30-2:30 Mondays and 10:30-11:30 Thursdays (in-person) or by appointment.
