I am a PhD student at the department of Computer Science at the University of Georgia. I joined the program in the Spring semester (January) of 2004.

I became a member of the Large Scale Distributed Information Systems Lab as a research assistant, working on the SemDis project since Fall (August) 2004.

My advisor is Dr. I. Budak Arpinar. My advisory committee also includes Dr. John A. Miller and Dr. Liming Cai.

I earned my B.Sc. degree in 1998 and my M.Sc. degree in 2002, both in Computer Science and from the University of Jordan in Amman, Jordan.

My current research is focused on the quality of information on the Semantic Web (Resources). Other research interests include Software Engineering, Databases, and Artificial Intelligence.
